About Kapeco~Oil
The Kapeco mandate is to serve as the on-land operations model of the Sogroup’s activities.
Kapeco serves as the end-buyer client to SRT-Oil, purchasing fuel ex-tank, via viable ports in Africa, like Beira, Mozambique.
Outsourced fuel distributors collect diesel at ex-tank in Beira, then handle road transportion and cross-border regulations, until fuel products are in tank storage here in the DRC. From these tanks, mining companies come to collect their preordered volumes of fuel after payment.
Kapeco is a subsidiary of SRT-Oil – https://smartoilpetroleum.com . SRT-Oil’s mandate is to:
-> Uphold the Sogn Alliance; strong relationships between Sogroup (the Panafrican group of companies, specialised in fuel at various stages of its processes, the Smart Oil Group in Africa) and Gngroup, in Asia.
-> Drive the business model of the Sogn Alliance across continents, and processing fuel from refineries in Asia until sold ex-tank at a port like Beira in Africa.
-> Manage the flow of funds, collect payments, and manage payments to stakeholders.
-> Ensure administration and management of documents, agreements, contracts, offices and more.

Qualifications:
B.Sc in Statistics and Operations Research (1984).
Honours in Statistics and Operations Research (1988).
M.Sc in Statistics (1999) at University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
EXPERIENCE:
• IN CLIENT/CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE. Leonard has over 18 years of in-depth experience in all aspects of Business Intelligence; unearthing insights from data to enhance business decision making, leading to profitability. Some Techniques used include Statistical Modelling, SAS Data Warehousing, SAS Data Mining, Text Mining, Forecasting, Markovian Decisions Processes, Mathematical optimization (OR), Stochastic processes. These techniques enabled him to create multidimensional views of a customer, provide models for customer intelligence, model customer life cycle, determine the next best action toward a customer, targeted campaigns, identify future new customers to grant loans to and who, based on our predictions, would not renege in their engagements, Customer profiling and clustering, etc.
• IN AIRPORTS RESOURCES MANAGEMENT. Leonard had, in addition, applied his operations research techniques in the aviation industry. He was at the service of Seattle Tacoma International Airport, in Washington, US, to simulate airport operations for five years using Arena Simulation modelling and presenting recommendation guidelines for the expansion of the airport resources; aircraft parking bays sizes, ticketing counters, waiting times on queues, scheduling flight arrival and departure times, etc.
• IN LEADING ANALYTICS IN FINANCIAL SECTORS. Leonard progressed from a professional statistician to a manager of the Analytics and Insights department, to a leading Business Intelligence Division in the Financial sector.
• AS DIRECTOR OF A MICROFINANCE BANK. Later, we saw Leonard appointed Director at Blue Financial Services and he was charged with overseeing actions invested into Blue Intercontinental Micro Finance Bank Limited in Nigeria.
• AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. Leonard stepped into entrepreneurial ventures and created various smart African companies known as SRT AFRICA Group.

COMMUNITY ROLES, SPIRITUAL COMMITMENTS AND LEGACY BUILDING:
Leonard is well vested in biblical teachings and its beliefs. He founded Reshaping Lives Ministries International with both a church and a Priests Kings University that are all well presented on the website www.reshaping-Iives.org. Leonard is known as a master Priests – Kings teacher by those who come to realise that Jesus made his followers both Priests and Kings to serve the world on God’s behalf by carrying out social relief works as God assigned and purposed to his saints, the Kingdom Agents of Change.
CITIZENSHIP:
Leonard is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and was born on 07 July 1959 in Lusangi / Maniema. Currently, Leonard is a naturalised South African Citizen.
